I'm back... been doing Weight Watchers for a while.. went from 198 to 164.. gained some back so I'm back up to 171. I can't afford WW at the moment so I'm going to give SP a try again. I'm 52 yrs old. At home wife. Want to know anything else? Just ask :)

My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 50 lbs. by summer of '09.

My Program:
 I'm tracking my food daily and drinking 8-10 glasses of water. Working my way up on the exercising. Been trying to walk or ride my bike at least 3 times a week.

    hey there girl; what's up? good to here from you again. this past week was a little stressful for me but I did remember to make sure to take care number one (ME). I had a house full of people this weekend and thank goodness to my church offering to cook and bring food over to the house Friday I can't imagine how I would be able to feed 12 people with what I had in my pantry and refrigerator. Saturday their was 22 people at my house after the memorial. I have to be have to be honest I was filling a little claustrophobic so I stayed in one corner of the house out of the way. But here is good news I stayed on track with my diet and lost 4 lbs of the five I gained the week before. Thank you for being such a kind and thoughtful person. We all can use someone like you in our corner.
