    I'm reading Scott Rigden, M.D.'s "The Ultimate Metabolism Diet" in which he explains Metabolic Syndrome/Insulin Resistance, which most of us have who are over 40. It is about belly fat, High Blood Pressure, High Triglycerides, etc. The book is really worth reading. I got a copy at the library.

    a friend of mine just started the dukan diet so i thought i'd type it in on sparkpeople and see what came up and thats how i came across your page...i was wondering what your experiences were like with the dukan diet, im a little bit nervous about trying it cause it seems so restrictive...how did you go with it?
