Hello and welcome to SP! I'm in the Indy team and saw your post. I did respond so I won't repeat it here. Just know I am here for you and will do what I can to help inspire you to continue your journey.

When you get discouraged just remember it is not only you that is being helped but your child as well. It will show your child that you matter to yourself and that your child matters to you as well. It will also show your child a new way to eat so maybe they will not end up with the diagnosis you have.

You can never fail. Failing is just another way to learn how not to do something. We can never learn anything if we never fail. That is how people learn by making mistakes. Then we learn and make new choices. They may work or they may not. We get to keep making new choices until we find ones that work for us.

emoticon How's that for being on pain meds. It's true though. I always tell my kids that as well. I also tell them "If you're going to do something do it well. Don't play around with it. Jump in with both feet. Just learn from what you are doing." Then I add Make me proud!

I hope to hear from you soon.
