My Goals:
Long Term: 180# by Dec. 2011 or sooner.

Short Term: Break 230 # by July 2010.

My Program:
 Doing strength exercises and using a pedal machine. Also counting steps and calories burned.


Personal Information:
I am looking so good now. I can't wait to get a full body shot. Have not allowed one of those to be taken in over a decade.
