I had my baby girl back in Sept. 2011. I'm ready to come back!!

I'm a mommy of 4 kids (12, 7, 5 and 18 months) who have gained too much weight over the past 11 years. I was part of spark people on 2009 and lost 15lbs. and I'm ready to start again.

I have an overweight family so genes are not on my side!
I know I need to work harder but I'm ready... I want to lose this weight to be healthy and to look better. I'm trying not to focus so much on weight but on fat percentage. We'll see how it goes ;)

My Program:
I don't usually drink water, so that's one of my main goals, drink and drink and drink water.

recently joined a gym so I'll be doing a mix of cardio and strenght 5x week.

trying to be "primal" which means healthy foods, no grains and low dairy. no process foods and lots of good protein and healthy fats.

We have been living in Bakersfield for the past 12 years. I have 4 kids and have been married for 13 years.

    So I was reading your page and I felt like I could connect with you. I'm also a mom of three (ages 4, 2, 1) and blaming weight gain on pregnancies. I was pretty motivated at one point and lost 20 lbs, but in the past month, I have reverted to old ways and have gained 10 of them back!

    I am starting again to prioritize and get everything back on track. I just thought I would introduce myself as we had some things in common.

    Great job on your 15lbs! Keep up the great work!
