Buying back time for a future


Hi there,
I'm single and have an eclectic interest in more or less everything. As a pescatarian, I haven't eaten 'meat' for 30 years and consider myself eco savvy. I'm fairly fit and seeking determination to stay that way, now I'm on the leeward side of 55.

I can do full stop and fast forward, but don't have the self-discipline for something in between. I'm looking forward to SparkP and its community helping me to be more realistic.

My Goals:
A healthier, younger, fitter me - who will probably also be a whole lot slimmer.

My Program:
 Determined to achieve realistic moderation.

To up the fitness / down the size.




Personal Information:
Hailing from the south coast, UK: I have just jumped out of a long worn rut, in order to realign my universe.

I have one son / one daughter, both now local, and 5 grandchildren.

I have been flying solo for 12 years now.

Other Information:
 'Things are never so bad that they couldn't be worse - and if they are, they can only get better.' one of my granny's favourite sayings and an ongoing tenet for my life.

And they sure are getting better.

    Thanks for your comment on my feed - it's certainly cold here and the stone of my cottage walls hasn't got any heat in them as I haven't been able to be here. Sleeping in two layers of night clothes and three pairs of socks - NOT my normal attire!!! Have to say however that the drive from Brighton across the top of the N-Forest was divine - sunshine on trees looking as if they'd been sprayed with permafrost.

    Hope York is fun/satisfactory depending why you're going - also that there are trains. What a bore this cold is in a country that can't seem to cope with difficult weather.
