    Hi! Thanks for leaving a comment on my page about C25K. That's how I found out about "couch to 5K", too... from someone's post which got me curious!

    Congrats on making it to week 3! If you are like many of us, that has been a big accomplishment!!! I couldn't hardly run for 60 seconds when I started in early June. And, now I am amazed that I can run for 5 minutes straight!!!

    If you aren't familiar with the podcast, there is one by Robert Ullrey. (You can Google it.) He tells you when to start and stop each run and I find it helpful. I did find it difficult to download (dh had to do it), but am glad to have it! The music is pretty nice, too -mostly instruments with a beat to keep your pace.

    I wish you the best as you, too, go on this journey! Are you planning on running a 5K? I am finding it helpful to have that goal. Mine is on October 2nd.
