Time to get out of the 140s
I'm a 24year old female from Washington DC hoping to lose 25-30 pounds by next year. I'm trying to lose weight for myself so that I can look the way I want to look and fit into all the beautiful clothes I love. I feel like I've been on a constant diet since age 12 and this time the weight is coming off no matter what.

GW:135 pounds
-Eat 1300-1700 calories a day
-Workout 3-5 times a week (burn 2000-2400 calories on average)
-Be on a better sleep schedule
-Learn how to eat well despite my crazy new career
