    Just a few more days until the cast comes off! I know you are anxious to get rid of it.

    May have 2 more family members joining SparkPeople. Tina and Sue both asked for the link. I sent it to them so we'll see. They have both been trying to count their calories and finding it difficult so I explained how easy it can be with Spark. Even showed Tina some of it tonight. I think she will probably join but don't know about Sue. (Wish we could all pursuade Patsy to join up and get commited to it.)

    Oh well, I'll be home on Sunday. Mom goes home tomorrow. See you Sunday.

    Hi Sweetheart!

    Those last stubborn pounds will come off! We can do this together. Catching up while here in Florida. Dad is sleeping already (only 8:30) but you know him. We took a fairly long walk when we got to the hotel so I guess I wore him out. I'd like to go out to the pool yet this evening. We'll see.
