    It's definitely important to eat enough calories, so I'm glad to hear you're tracking. :) I have the opposite problem :P My work schedule messes up my eating so bad. Then when I get a break at the beginning of my shift (when most of my breaks are), I know if I don't eat a high fat meal that I'll be STARVING and grumpy within a few hours, even when I have 5-6 more hours to go. I don't get 10-15 minute breaks, just 1 - 30 minute break, if that. Zyrtec makes me very hungry as well. It's killer on my waistline. I still don't know what my trigger food is, my stomach has been acting up all week and I've been avoiding coffee. I need to start eliminating foods one by one. I may try gluten, but I really don't think that's the problem.

    Fatty is just big boned :P

    While I'm not tracking right now, I'm making conscious decisions to eat/drink better. My stomach is actually doing better than it was before, I was eating bad and constantly having stomach cramps and heartburn. I'm drinking more water, less Starbucks, and eating more whole foods. Commuting an hour each way and working so much has me relying on processed foods and fast food. I'm at the beginning stages of trying to buy a house closer to work so hopefully that will give me more time to cook once I get it :)
