There are hundreds of different methods to lose weight and many of them work - for a while.
My goal is to be able to live, think, eat and exercise like an athlete, someone who is physically, mentally and emotionally capable of moving closer to their dreams every day.

Really living my life!
That means staying open-minded to new ideas, new activities and new blessings.

My Program:
 My program changes every day. It depends on the weather, how much time I have and what interests me at the moment. I love riding, running with my dogs, swimming, ice skating, rollerblading, hiking, yoga, ballet. But there are always new things to explore.
