Introduction Text Well, let's get this party started, again! I'd just like to say that 2015 was another blessed year for me and mine! Henry is still battling cancer, but doing good, we have added new family members and everyone is well! Unfortunately, I have slipped back into my old ways and now must begin again with this battle of the bulge! I have recommitted myself and now I begin again with a fresh new year! Wishing you all the best trying to find the inner, thinner you!

- Lose 60 lbs by December! - Stay active! - Keep eating healthy! - Exercise everyday!

--Bought a treadmill - Changed how, when and what I eat - Changed my attitude towards losing weight (big one here) - Walk, walk, walk!
