    Thank you for the comment on my blog. The documentary "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" was a game changer for me. I watch it often for inspiration, even now. I also found Cherie Calbom's book on fasting and detos to be very inspirational Even very short juice fasts and reboots can be very healing. Even added green juice to your day can be a big help.

    It was tough today at the store...I was eyeballing all the chocolate treats, but I stayed strong! I usually start out strong and then think I have earned a "treat" at about 3 weeks in. Once I give in, it is all I can think about!!! I know what you mean about it being exhausting! I am having a cup of tea and going to bed early tonight. Tomorrow is a new day. I'll go to yoga at 9:30am, so that will keep me busy till lunch time. I plan to get busy on more chores during other periods of "downtime." It is easy for me to just plop down with the laptop and socialize. I think it is time to cut back on that, or at least making better use of the time I allot myself. I like to keep in touch with a lot of friends.
