    Well I had my weigh in yesterday and I didn't lose any...but I didn't gain any either so I'm going to try really hard this week to get my 10,000 daily steps in. I loaded up on frozen veggies yesterday and even though I didn't get any workouts in yesterday I've started today off pretty strong. How are you doing so far this week?

    Mine is the same i get up at 4:55 a.m. for work so i dont have time in the morning. Then when i get home and set down i don't want to move.
