    It was good to meet you, too! I'm glad you had fun....the energy was incredible that night!

    Yup, the Couch to 5K is a great program, and the Waterfront 5K is soooo nice; it's flat & fast. Only bad thing about teaching zumba is my class is Saturday mornings, which is when a lot of 5Ks take place. But I want to try to do it this year. Amanda (the bride at the Z-thon) and I have been running 3miles twice/week, and I've found running with someone has made me faster & more aware of my breathing. Maybe I can convince her to run that 5K as well!

    Hello fellow Rockfordian! so glad you decided to come to the Zumba Love for NICA event Friday! It's going to be a BLAST!!!!! We had a mini-rehearsal on Sunday at the Y and the energy was simply amazing!
