Originally a Spark Person in 2013 but reborn on June 12, 2019. I fell off the wagon because I never convinced myself that I was worth the effort. Until today. From this moment on I will not allow my past or it's heartaches to define my future. I'm better than that. I'm stronger than that. And I finally realize it. I'll lean on many of you for support and promise in return that I'll be there for you. Let's do this TOGETHER.

Fitness Minutes: 4,545

My Goals:
Would like to lose 160 pounds over the next 2 years. More importantly, I need to establish better eating habits in order to reach my goal as well as developing a smart exercise program.


My Program:
My initial goal is to use the daily trackers for both food intake and walking Once I've lost 5% of my weight, I plan to incorporate a sensible weight training routine to supplement walking as I increase distance. Have upcoming appointments with a dietician to support a path to healthier eating and understanding the role that food should have in my new life.



Personal Information:
Currently reside in Dunedin FL, close to Clearwater Beach and amazing daily visages with opportunities for walking, biking and training. Married 43 years with one daughter and an amazing 10 year old granddaughter. Retired but considering a return to work as my progress permits but for now, my health is my full time job.


Other Information:
Not much of a book reader, love action movies and comedies, most genres of music, but partial to those that display amazing voices not being drowned out by background instruments. Would rather listen to a great guitarist or horn player on their own for the same reason.
