    Thanks for commenting on my SparkPage today. You sound a lot like where I was in my late 20s. I remember seeing a woman at the gym who looked like she was chiseled out of marble. I asked her if such a body were attainable for someone like me. She said to eat right and work hard and in 6 months, there it would be. I never *quite* looked like her because I don't think I followed the same kind of training plan, but I definitely had terrific muscle definition after a few months. It's so important when you're a small person, like we are, to be strong! I never liked feeling like I could be easily overpowered. Now at least I have a fighting chance... or at least enough of a chance to give someone a good shove and then run away fast! :p Good luck on your journey to great strength!
