HEALTHY4ME
I LOVE reading what you have eaten and how you feel cos I so want to do this full throttle but seem to get so far for few days and then I falter. Hard when you have a family that noone is doing it, well my son was totally into it all, has the cookbook, etc as he has crohns but he is working 2 jobs, 2 babies etc. so has to find time to cook and have stuff ready. Hoping in the new year when his 2nd job isnt as demanding. his first is enginering stuff with a an avac co. and for now his 2nd is best buy in puters and tvs sooo busy season. I am taking the time today to find some paleo desserts other than the date, almond, cocount balls that I make. that is my go to if I need a sweet when I am being compliant. But not sure I like the word compliant, cos I want it to be a normal healthy lifestyle, veggies, meat and good for you carbs.

I think you should aim for 110...at least! :-)
We are actually having a quiet weekend--just one old beagle girl, an old Bichon frisse and our little guy, Max. Tuesday we get a chihuahua and Wednesday a sweet old shep mix, then a Welsh terrier and her housemate, a chocolate lab. We don't have a kennel. All the dogs stay in the house with us. We've had a really busy summer with 6-8 dogs most days. We haven't had a day off since April. Taking the month of November off to travel. Haven't decided where we're going yet. If the weather is decent we might hitch up the Boler and hit the road for Washington, Oregon, California and the SW. 3103 days ago
