Introduction Text My name is Hilton, I'm 34 years old. I live in UK, but I'm originally from Brazil. I'm married, no kids, yet. My goal is to go from 98kg to about 80kg and I'm now pretty close to that. I love Formula 1, Nascar, karting, touring cars, anything do to with motoring and racing. Every year (not quite), me, my brother and cousins get together to go karting in Brazil. This year though I'm not going for Xmas, so, no race, but guess what always get in the way of my victory? yes, my weight. I used to be very thin when child, the thinnest of them all, but nowadays I'm the heaviest. I've decided to change my lifestyle and be healthier, do more sports and feel good about myself. I'm at the moment playing squash, badminton and hiking. hiking not so much as the weather in UK is a bit cold right now. Feel free to contact me. Hilton

Go from 98 to 78Kg. But I may stop in 80 if I feel good.

Play squash and/or badminton 4 times a week. Do 100 push-ups and 200 sit-ups. Food wise, just eat what I like, but find new healthier foods that I could also like to replace the bad ones.
