    Wondering if you have a suggestion....

    I HEART STARBUCKS! However, I'm not a coffee drinker...I love their chai tea lattes. I already get it nonfat, so it's about 200 cal for a grande.

    What would you suggest to lower my calories but STILL be able to stop there every once in awhile? Hot or cold drink ideas?

    I used to be big on their teas which are zero and use splenda....but need something else. I don't think I want to make the jump to coffee or I will NEVER be going back :)
