I am healthy, fit and weighing 130 pounds!
I read about positive affirmations so this is mine:
I am healthy, fit and weighing 200 lbs!
I am healthy, fit and weighing 170 lbs!
I am healthy, fit and weighing 140 lbs!

I read about positive affirmations so this is mine:

I am healthy, fit and weighing 170 lbs!
I am healthy, fit and weighing 140 lbs!
I am healthy, fit and weighing 130 lbs!

It is incredible how time flies, It has being a while since I have being around. Now with 230 lb.
Almost 10 months ago I decided I needed a mental break from mental diets, you know when you think all the time - I should not be eating that, I need to go back on track and lose this weight-
So I gain my max and for the first time the scale did not move either up nor down and it was a miracle!!! I was very happy because finally I could eat what I wanted it (no binge eating) and stay on a number. I was happy and free. Friends around me with 1-20 lbs to lose were suffering and feeling guilty while I was happy as I could be.
I remember reading a Nutritionist Dr. that we all are where we are and there's no need to be forced out of that place. He mentioned that maybe some people just needed a break from diet/healthy eating/restringing and I realized that was me!! I just wanted to have fun.
Thin or overweight, I have always being so worried about what I ate and my body. I was tormented by it so I took a break, I lost all my fear about gaining weight and food consumption.
I am grateful that so far I have no illnesses a consequence of my weight but I am not immune.
I started to think about dieting again but still I was not ready. One day I woke up came back to the site and here I am willing to try but this time I am not afraid not to loose weight or to "fail", me and I are ready to try and the results would be up to the Universe!!
I said I need to lose 100 lbs. but again we'll take any loss.
Life has ups and downs. some really high, some really low but that is how it is soooo I will take one chunk at a time. I am aiming to lose 30 lbs at a time ans see how that goes.
