Hello and welcome to my page. December 8, 2020 is my starting date.
4-11-21: trees are getting greener

4-8-21: yardwork today

4-5-21: Yesterday's Easter was very pretty. I stuck to my plans.

3-23-21: spring has sprung

3-18-21: going for a walk in the city streets

3-17-21: wearing green...Happy St. Patrick's Day

3-14-21: oops, I left my page offline by accident

3-9-21: determined to lose 2 lb. this week

3-5-21; been on my wellness journey for almost one month

2-28-21: last day of February / waving hello

2-21-21: I enjoyed my walk today

2-19-21: remember to stock up on herbal tea

2-16-21: glad to see the sun shining today

2-11-21: keeping up with my plans pretty well

2-7-21: last week I stuck to my diet and exercises

2-3-21: a little over a month since the new year began;;time flies by

2-1 21: these boots were made for walkin'

1-25-21: love my Nutrition tracker

1-19-21: walk, walk, walk = stronger

1-13-21: love the snow!!!

1-2-2021: been working on my weightloss goals for 3 1/2 weeks and have lost 2 lb. by using the advice on the challenges.

12-8-2020: This isn't my first account, and have lost pounds over the years. I'm glad to be stronger. This morning I weigh a few pounds more than last week and I'd been thinking of rejoining challenges that have helped me stay on track before. So here I go...by next week those extra pounds will be off!

To lose 2 pounds weekly by using my Nutrition Tracker meal plans and 40 min. exercise done 3 times a day.

120 fitness minutes a day will burn 468 calories.
120 min. divided by 3 = 40 minutes 3 times a day
