Introduction Text ....BUT NOT YET WHAT I AM GOING TO BE!!! Im Heather, Mother of Three, Wife to Bestest Friend, Daycare Owner/Manager, Working on my Fitness and Life Coaching Degrees at the moment as well. I used to be a master pro at sabotaging myself ... always losing it and getting healthy and then totally trashing myself and putting my body right back into the fat jeopardy ........ But now I am no longer a self sabotaging maniac .... at least not to the point of tipping backwards. 2010 was a new decade for me and I jumped on the Spark bandwagon with both feet. I am proud of what I accomplished Sparking it up. I am winning the battles and close to winning the war ... I FEEL GOOD! I love love love Food and I do fight the battle of eating my stress but most days I can combat it with exercise! I love working out and exercising and I am motivated to keep going on a daily basis! I LOVE LOVE LOVE SPARK PEOPLE and the community here. It has really helped me through some rough patches along my journey and I believe that this journey never really ends but that I just keep getting better at it every day! To be able to to do 10 Chin Ups in a ROW! To be able to do push ups like a real man! LOL no but truly I want to do that! To be a positive influence in not only my own life but everyones around me. To maintain a sunshiny attitude!
