from my 11 year old!! After having 3 kids in a span of 11 years, and never getting back down to a truly healthy weight after any of them, I am now determined to reclaim my body.

I have never had any problem with exercising, but I have always had a problem with eating too much of the wrong stuff. I know I haven't been a great example for my children and now I realize just how important that is. Plus I live close to the beach, and I want to be able to put on a bathing suit (even if it's a tankini) and feel hot!

Fitness Minutes: 2,577

My Goals:
1st Goal: To get to my weight when I got pregnant with my 7 mo. old--(which was way too much to begin with)---met 6/30/08

2nd Goal: To get to 180 and be able to fit in all or most of my clothes (size 12).

3rd Goal: 160..all of my clothes will be too big and I will have to get all new ones! (I haven't been that weight since high school)

My Program:
Tracking my food religously. I always said that I would never do this...but it really is the only thing that works. I do not deprive myself or have off-limit food. I just make better choices, use a little will-power, and I have started to find that sometimes I have to eat a little more to get the min. calories in.

I aim to do cardio at least 5 x's a week, whether it is with my baby and all the awesome ladies at Stroller Strides, the elliptical at the gym, tae-bo in my living room, or a jog around the block.
And resistance training 3-4 times per week, courtesy of my amazing instructor at Stroller Strides, Angela.
