It became quite a struggle to just get through my days and paying attention to my nutrition and physical activity became too much for me for quite a few years. Mini-milestones Met:
30 lbs - April 23/10
out of obese BMI - May 14/10
Half way to goal - May 14/10
180's - May 14/10
40lbs lost - June 4/10
185 lbs - 184 June 4/10
leaving the 180's - July 9/10
50 lbs gone - JULY 16/10!!
Maintaining momentum throughout the spring and summer - CHECK

Thank you for visiting my Sparkpage. I'm Vicki and I'm back after quite a few years of not really paying any attention to my physical health. Took a break to look after some other health issues.
