Thanks for your sweet post---As for my books---If you look in Amazon ---Books by Shanna Lee James ... both will come up. The first is my memoir---It Happened at Dawn ........ the next is "You Don't Have to Be a Star to Shine ....... (click on and there will be a preview) ... Let me know if you find ok? ... (would love to do a brief blog and show the pics with the links----BUT some would say I am soliciting----at this point---I am wondering if I care or if it matters.

I thought of one more thing---IF you wanted, I could invite you to one of the teams I lead---and would be free to post my pictures of books w/ links on a chat thread there. No one there will care. (YOu don't ever even have to participate---mostly so you can see the books and grab the link. easy peasy.

Thank you for your good wishes on my blog “Avoiding our Anniversary”
Eventually we learned to laugh at all those unfortunate June 3rds
Even a country song memorialized that date. Remember “Ode to Billy Joe?”
The day Billy Joe McAlister jumped off the Tallahachie Bridge – yep June 3rd LOL

Happy Friday! We have arrived at the end of another week, and this one seemed to literally fly on by due to the shorter week!

Now that places and things are beginning to open up again, my husband and I have decided to getaway for about a week, and it's been quite awhile since we've taken any kind of a vacation. We haven't decided exactly where to go, but I'm open to suggestions.
I thought it might help with your suggestions if I share with you some of the places I've already been . . .

I've been to a lot of places, but I've never been in Cahoots. Apparently, you can't go alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone.

I've never been in Cognito either. I hear that nobody recognizes you there.

I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport. You have to be driven there. Thanks to some of my extended family and friends, I have been there several times.

I would like to go to Conclusions, but you have to do a lot of jumping, and I've never had enough stamina for that much exercise, and at my age, my knees just can't take it anymore.

I have also been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go, and I try not to visit there very often.

I have been in Flexible, but only when it has been very important to stand firm.

Sometimes I'm in Capable, and I've been going there more often as I'm getting older.

One of my favorite places to be is in Suspense! It really gets the adrenalin flowing and pumps up the old heart! At my age, I need all the stimuli I can get!

And, sometimes I think I am in Vincible, but life frequently shows me I am not.

People keep telling me I’m in Denial, but I’m positive I’ve never been there before.

So far, I haven’t been in Continent. But my travel agent says I’ll be going soon, and very frequently. I'm not looking forward to it because it can get very wet and damp there.

I've been in Deepdoodoo quite a bit. The more adventurous I get, the easier it is to end up there.
