    emoticon for commenting on my blog. I didn't think about a weekly goal but I've been trying to do 5% every 8 weeks. And so far I'm doing good and it's good to see my progress. This morning I read an article by SP and I like their yearly calendar idea... You make up a yearly calendar and every month you put the total pounds lost on it. Have it hanging up somewhere you can see it everyday. I thought that was a cool idea. Losing weekly doesn't seem to be very much -- monthly results look soooo big!. Have a wonderful day. Thank You for your wonderful idea.
