Hi my name is Gypsii,(Lia) I need all the motivation I can get to lose this 106lbs. I sometime find myself sitting around beating myself up because I haven't controlled my weight and I more than anyone I know better. My mother died at 61 of a heart attack due mostly to obesity and at least two of my siblings has the same condition. I used have a great, very sexy body to the point I was a model and body builder, so now when I look at myself I feel discuss at what I've allowed me to become. On top of all that a few years ago I graduated as a fitness trainer but for what ever reason I'm finding it difficult to train myself "doctor make the worst patients. Now don't get me wrong I do not condone one sittng on the purverbrial "pity pot", and I definatly know that as far as things go I am truely blessed in so many ways, self motivation just isn't one of them at this time. But in the spirit of a true warrior I will keep trying anyway I can! I'll not give up the fight.

My Goals:
I'm working to lose about 106lbs with in a years time. I also need to work on managing stress better. I want to do a 1/2 marathon next year. For right now I'm working on doing my daily goals like eating right, getting my cardio in, strenght training and water intake.


My Program:
Bike didn't work out. But that has not stopped me I still walk a total of 2+ miles a day to and from the bus stop 4 days a week. Thats all for right now. I've become a member of the Wii Fit team hoping for some insperation there, and i really do want to start strenght training. Theats the plan anyway.
