I will have lost 175 lbs a whole person i was lugging around for too many years too count .Im 60 yrs old but now feel like im 40. 🏋️‍♀️💪🏃‍♀️👍 Update 12/9/20 I am now officially 160 and a size 10 pants, I had 10 more lbs to go but now decieded to lose 20 more to make me 140 more healthier for me. Thanks everyone for yr support 🎉🎉

    My children went to JUDO for years at the Navy base where the Sensei was a retired Navy Seal and his mother had been Japanese and his Dad an Irish American. He showed us all the broken toes he had from fighting in training in the Seals and from Judo. I couldn't believe what they looked like, so I do feel for you.
