My Goals:
I want to control my blood sugar, lose 50 pounds, and just feel better.

My Program:
 I use the food planner to record what I eat. I have set up an exercise program that includes both strength training and cardio.


Personal Information:
I'm from NE PA and live "in the country." I work full time but am looking forward to retirement. I am an avid reader, knit and crochet. I am a member of Kiwanis and love working with kids.

Other Information:
 My favorite movies are The Wizard of Oz, Star Trek and Harry Potter.

Favorite authors; Anne McCaffrey, Diane Duane.

I would really like to live on a starship or be a wizard, but in the meantime I'll just keep on reading.
