My Goals:
To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way.
My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs.
My long term goals are to weigh 125 or less and not have to take BP medication
any more.

Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.

 I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing.
I'm 63years old.
I have been married for 44years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .

    Missed chatting with you and thought of you as we crossed Tennessee and Arkansas and Texas! Whirlwind trip 3000 miles in 7 days. Too much really, but worth it to see Dad and had fun with the kids and grandkids along the way! What's better than that? Well, I'm working to take off just 1 lb. by the 8th! so I have been working out like mad. I am in this challenge to lose 4 by the 4th which got extended to the 8th. So since I gained 3 back and I had it licked I now have to fight to get 1 more off to make that goal. Silly I guess -- but I just have to try to do it. I am posting July goals on my Spark Page and I hope to lose 5 in July -- so that will be some motivation for me.

    Hope you are doing well and I'd love to hear how you are doing. I am going to try to find a part time job as I am broke from the travel and living on a fixed income really sucks! Drop by some time -- or email or sparkmail me if you prefer -- love to hear from you. Are you losing anything? You look like you have made a lot of progress toward your goal. I only wish I weighed 131!
