My weight has been a battle all of my adult life but now it's not just about my weight; I want to be healthy and be able to enjoy my kids and grandkids. We have a total of five kids: two boys, ages 36 and 31, and three girls, ages 28, 25, and 16. Right now, we have five grandkids, four boys (15, 12, 3, & 1) and a little girl (5 yr old). Serving a powerful and wonderful awesome God is most important in my life, and then comes taking care of my family. My Prince Charming is so supportive of me, and loves me no matter what, however, he is glad to see the weight loss so that we can have more years together. In January, we celebrated our 10th anniversary, and I told him that I want to make to at least 50 years!! To do that, we both have to hit the century mark since we were 46 when we married. I have to be healthy to get there, so onward and upward---or maybe I should say DOWNward--we go!!!

My Goals:
My main goal is to be healthy enough to see ALL my kids and grandkids grow up

My Program:
Continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle, including what I eat and the fitness routines that will help me get there.

If I lose weight, I will be very glad. If not, I will be fat and healthy!

I've done my first Triathlon, and I will be continuing to participate in events.

Other Information:
I am the proud wife of a retired U.S. soldier who is also a pastor, I am a mom, grandma, and a college student. I'm an online student with Grand Canyon University,I will do my student teaching in the fall and then in December I will have my degree to teach English. One step at a time...
