    I saw you on another page and wanted to come and welcome you. Even though you have been here a month. So Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this first step to getting healthy. Here, you will recieve lots of info on how to change your life for good. There also is many sparkers waiting to welcome you and encourage you while you are on this journey. Don't let this place overwhelm you. It will take a couple of weeks to really feel like you know what you are doing. The most important thing I can say to you is NEVER GIVE UP. No matter how many times you may fall, just pick yourself up and keep going. Find teams that will meet your needs. Then post everyday. This will help keep you accountable. Find those who have lost the weight. I like hanging out with them because they did it. If you need anything just let me know. If I don't know the answer I will help find it.

    My sister and I were always good. However, my sister's best friends were a set of twins. They used to go to class for one another and all kinds of stuff. But the best thing about being a twin is you have your best friend built right in. emoticon

    I love being a twin and wouldn't change it for anything in the world.
