I’ve been involved in the spark community for almost 10 years now (wow) and Every time I think I’m in a good spot I’ll cheat on good ‘ole Sparky, but I always end up crawling back and begging for forgiveness!

2015 has been a rough year! It’s been good in so many ways, but it’s definitely been a roller coaster. I moved cross country and let the stress of a new job affect my health in a negative way so here I am again:)!

Fitness Minutes: 2,801

My Goals:
I want to consistantly live a healthy life style!

Utimatley weight 150-160 lbs, I feel my best at about 155 lbs

Short Term Goals:
1. Fit comfortably into my old uniform **Noveber 30th
2.Fit into My Dress
***December 30th
3. Get below 170 LBS by Decmber 1st

My Program:
Use the nutrition tracker everyday. Yes that means even on the days I slip up.

Jog at least 3 times a week a minumum of a 1.5 miles at a time
Cardio at least 4 times a week, jogging, biking, swimming, etc
Hit up a yoga class a couple times a week and eventually start back up with more intense body workouts

Take advantage of the weekly farmers market maintenance available

Write in my Journal at least once a week

Personal Information:
I’m 25 years old and have lived in Miami Fl for almost a year now. No matter how long I live in Florida I will never consider myself a Floridian! My heart belongs in the Pacific Northwest!
