Well my last status was posted 92 days ago - whew glad I came back. Challenging myself for the next 90 days to see what I can accomplish again. Fell into old habits - but falling back into Spark habits.

My Goals:
See what the next 90 days will reveal. Februay 9, 2014 I will assess my progress. At this point I can't fall off the floor.

My Program:
 Starting with 2 kl per day on my stationairy bike.
