    I have lost one dress size! The better weather is coming soon and I will be starting to exercise. Here is what I had today.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal with walnuts and a banana.
    Lunch: Egg Salad on a muffin.
    Dinner: Quinoa with fish.

    If you need any ideas, please let me know. Also, I like to hear feedback too. How is your weight loss coming along? Let's us motivate and support each other.
