The more things change, the more they stay the same? Life can be a bit of a seesaw - up and down and down and up. My family has successfully restructured and I bought my first home of my own. Renovations are coming along and I'm recovering from some health stuff. I have gained back all the weight I lost in my first Spark life. This journey continues, and this time around I already know what to do! I know how to track and how to train. I know how to use the Spark tools to keep myself motivated, and I have some new trick up my sleeve with regards to mindfulness and mental health. Reigniting my spark!

I am the mother of two LOVELY children, recently graduated from Nursing at Trent University, Registered Nurse, researcher, and respite worker. Too busy to exercise? We'll see about that!
