Introduction Text Hello :) Thanks for visiting my page. I've joined Spark to help me stay motivated, and to keep me on track with calories. I love the articles, they have taught me so much. I've been slowly gaining weight for a few years now. I'm tired of my favorite jeans being too tight. My fitness plan is to stay active doing things I enjoy. I've recently gone back to a plant based diet, so far so good :)

I want to be able to run across the battlefield without running out of breath. To be able to snowboard all day without having muscle fatigue. If I can lose 10 pounds in the process all the better ;)

Cardio & weight lifting. Eating healthier. More fruits and veggies, barely any meat, dairy or sugar. Cutting down on beer. I don't eat anything with corn syrup or fake sugars. I also don't microwave anything, it ruins the nutritional content, and may even create cancer. I'm already feeling so much healthier!
