    How is it going? I am still lost on the eating but I am working out, doing walk away the pounds. I might go back to the treadmill. I might restart the learn to jog program back at the beginning and adjust my speed up to 4.5...I don't know.

    Thanks for your note, Iam glad I am not the only one in a slump. I have been working out but not getting as much joy out of it. I rread an article about taking 3-4 days off from exercising to get out of the slump, but i am scared if I stop I won't restart,
