    Just read your question about what to drink beside water.
    I like to step it up with sparkling water. You can always add a couple of ounces of juice to it for a bit of flavor. I enjoy a wedge of lemon or lime. Cucumber slices in summer is refreshing too.
    I also drink vegetable, low sodium drinks which have some calories but they are a treat for me!!! And I am getting some vegetables.
