    I worked my way up on the treadmill. I still only walk on the treadmill about 20 minutes per mile but I have the incline up a bit. When Im outside I walk faster.

    I started low. I started about 2/10 of a mile at a time at 195 pounds and worked my way to what I thought was a big deal at 3 miles. My husband challenged me to 5 miles for 2 weeks in Feb and the challenge was to do for 2 weeks and go up a mile daily every 2 weeks. I worked up to 10 miles. You have to have a good pair of shoes though. Start with a mile a day. Thats not bad. Try WATP dvd's they are great for those who cant get out and bad days out.

    Its one of them things you just have to get up and do it.

    Hang in there. Things may seem daunting. but some of us have been here working out for a long time. Mine started with 2/10 of a mile 2 years ago. I worked my way up to 3 miles a day forever because I dont like working out or I didnt. I would work out for an hour walking outside because I thought hey walking is easy.

    In Feb if you check out my blogs. I had gained weight from 165 back to 178 from Sept to Feb due in partly to a move and not being able to get back on Track. My husband challenged me to start at 5 miles daily for 2 weeks and move up a mile every 2 weeks. I made it to 10 miles daily. Its not easy and it takes 3 hours but I feel great when I get done.

    Hang in there you will succeed.
