I have been with SP since 12/07 but I havent reached my goal weight of 145 because I have been lazy and not being consisent. I have fell off and got back on the wagan one too many times. Well no more falling off for me, This time the only thing that will fall off is the fat.

Dear Fat,
I am so tired and feed up right now........ Tired of setting goals but never reaching them. Tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what I see. Tired of eating yummy fat loaded food then regretting it later. Tired of losing weight to gain it back. Tired of looking at other women and wishing that I could look like that. Tired of the awful uncomfortable cant breath girdles. Tired of sucking it in for pictures. Tired of changing into 20 different outfits until I finally find something that I look right in. Tired I wishing that I didnt let everyones else so called needs stopping me from working out. Tired of putting myself last. Tired of being lazy and carrying all of these extra baggage.
I am sick and tired!!!!!!!! And we all know what happens when a women is feed up. When she is finally done with something there is no changing her mind. Like a women tired of a no good cheating lying man I am tired of this extra on and off relationship with you fat.
So I have packed all this unwelcome no good for nothing fat bags and I am putting you out. To the left(as Beyonce would sing it)fat. Hit the road fat and dont come back no more no more no more. Sorry but there is no room left for you on my frame any more. You gotta go. Our relationship is just not working out anymore and you are not welcome anymore.
I have to admit that I cheated on you. I have fallen in love with exercise and healthy food. I have only been seeing exercise and healthy food for about a week but I am love!!! Exercise makes me feel so good and gives me so much energy. After I exercise I feel full of life. Not like how you left me feeling tired and sluggish. And healthy food revs me up and I dont feel quilty at all.

I know that this is going to be hard but fat I have to let you go. I used to love you but you are no good for me. I am trading you in for a upgrade. Bye and I never want to see you again.

This year I will meet my goals that I set. I will use sparkpeople, exercise and healthing eating to reach them. Go with me on my journey! Kick your fat to the curb too. Pack fat bags and through it out.
I will post my pics, blogs and measurements weekly. I am seeing a trainer 3 times a week and I am going to add more to that.

Other Cardio-2x a week for 1 hour
Nutruition
Stay within my calorie range. 4+ fruits and veggies a day. 10 cups of water daily and lots of protein. No fried food and white starches.

Hi I am wife and mother of 4 wonderful children. I am an accountant and I own a tax and bookkeeping service. Life is hetic and I have to find a way to balance everything. I love my family but I want to get healthy so that I can be around to enjoy them for a long time. My favorite exercise is dancing and running. I like to take group classes- I dont like to work about alone. I hate weight training but I will learn to like it. I love to cook and eat thus causing this extra weight. I love to read when ever I can find time to. And I like to travel.
