    Welcome Tammy to 25-50 lbs to lose.....I want to lose at least 50 lbs! It is hard to stick to it, but I feel this year I will do something, even if it is only 10-20 lbs I'm really going to give it my best!! Good luck to you! Janice

    Depression makes this journey so hard. Even though I know I will feel better, I have such a hard time motivating myself to get up and get fit! Thank you for the encouraging words ... we can do this .. we WILL do this!

Following a simple plan of healthful lifestyle with perseverance and patience will pay off. 'Bad habits' - often TINY ones that add up! - led us to become overweight. SP helps us get back on track...and enjoy being there too! Thinking positive thoughts and celebrating reaching mini-goals along the way eases the journey.

    Step by step, you CAN make it! As for the final goal? Ohhhh YES!!! You can do it!
