Doctors visit was all good. I’ve lost 46.9 pounds. I’m sugar level went from 123 to 104 in 71 days. All labs good. Best of all they officially cancelled all my meds except thyroid. Woohoo!!!!! Amazing what 78 days of healthy eating and exercise can do.

Watched The Game Changers last night. Really enjoyed the documentary & was great to see these plant based athletes shine. Going WFPB was one if the best decisions of my life this year.

The difference less than 2 months can make. The fight to regain my health is going well. Can’t wait to see where I’m at come end of year.

    I'm glad u have done so well. I see you mention having PCOS. In his book "The Diabetes Solution" Richard Bernstein M.D. has a full chapter on PCOS and he says young women with obesity can benefit from staying on Metformin even if their numbers are good. I go to an endocrinologist who tells me to just stay on Metformin as well as he says it has so many health benefits. My blood sugar has gone from 115 to 100 and I've gone from 186# to 138# and kept the weight off. I also take a weekly shot of Bydureon and Acarbose with meals. I take blood pressure medicine and he says that helps the kidneys.
    I just know I have to stay away from sugar and complex carbs.
