Hello I am Gayle Janine! I am 36 and still tryin to figure out this journey in life where I'm finally the girl I see in my head & not the one I pretend not to see in the become a happier & healthier me! I love to crochet, spend time with family & friends, & now I'm finding other things I like to do as well like EXERCISE haha :) IRON SHARPENS IRON, so it says in the Bible, looking for people to help & be helped in this journey, one of the worst feelings is feeling like you are all alone, I know. So add me as a friend. I am married & TTC. This journey has not been easy, but I know with God all things are possible! For some reason I can't do all of the tracking on my phone, I keep getting an error.

My Goals:
My 1st goal is to reach the 200 mark! That will be a BIG one for me...Then the day I am under 200 when I reach "Onederland" will be a very happy day for me...I recently changed my ending goal weight to 130 that will be a great day for me PARTY!

My Program:
Right now I'm taking one step at a time. I'm doing The Biggest Loser Jump Start 4 week Program at this time. I'm counting my calories daily depending on how I workout for the. I weigh in on Saturday, so I made that my free day. Also I give myself plenty of wiggle room on Sunday which is my long day.

Favorite books are The Bible, Power Of A Praying Woman, Power of a Praying Wife, Gone With The Wind, Scarlett, & The Twilight series...Some of my Fave movies are Gone With The Wind, Twilight series, Dances With Wolves, Dirty Dancing, & Pretty Woman....I love music, love to sing & dance, & love to crochet!
