Hi, I've tried everything under the sun in terms of diet and am sick of it all. I want to look and feel good and take care of myself so I can live (not just survive) until I'm 100! I feel it will improve my overall beauty being back in shape and help me have the confidence I need.
I've been changing my food intake to more premium sources. I try to eat organic, local grown foods that have the best nutrition value possible. But, I have my weaknesses and setbacks BIG time. I just aspire to get better and better. Two steps forward, one step back...

Fitness Minutes: 12,592

My Goals:
Stop relying on sweets - boy I have such a sweet tooth!

Limit sodas - diet pepsi is my weakness.

My Goals
- Drink 80 oz water/day
- Workout 3x's/week
- Stay in cal range

My Program:
Taking one day and one step at a time. I'm using the Advocare line of vitamin and health supplements along with a healthy meal plan and exercise.

Personal Information:
I am a US Army veteran and was born and raised in PA. Lived various places during my service and settled down in MD. I am married and have 2 active sons ages 12 & 16. I attend a fantastic women's gym. I am a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant and get to make other women see their true beauty! I love to scrapbook, active in my church and love to sing and dance my heart's content out.

    I hit my first 500 fitness minute month ever in December! That felt soooo amazing!

    I also started off the new year with working out too! I'm going for 1000 minutes in January! I'm off today and getting geared up for #20 WHERE GREEN WILL KICK EVERYONE'S BUTTS AGAIN!, and so going for a walk since it's gonna be close to 60 degrees today again!

    Also have a lot of cleaning to get done today as well. Should be a great day!

    2 hours of shoveling snow this morning....check!

    Now into the house and cringing at the dropping snow. It's supposed to stop soon, but I wanted it done before I got in!
