Anxiety is one of those insidious emotions that abates for a while and then comes back when you don't expect it. Some days I think I have a pretty good handle on it and then... but I AM BETTER RIGHT NOW and investigating and learning how to be even better. I like my psychologist and she's helping me. I also get a lot from a blogger who is a Spark Friend and I will share her name so you can read her blogs... Look up MARINGAL and read her blogs.
