Introduction Text This time I'm ready to give all or nothing. It is not fun being sick, but making better choices will only add quality to life. We all have our "things" to deal with, but we have the tendancy to just take them without a fight when it comes to health. I realize for me, it's time to be proactive and excell in my goals. I care enough to give myself this gift.

I want to get healthy and beat Graves Disease. For me, being healthy means being more active, watching my intake and enjoying myself while doing so. Hopefully I loose weight along the journey.

I am watching my food intake (carbs/calories). I am also using the work- out schedule according to the Spark People recommendations.
