DAILY DETERMINATION
I am a mother of 2 amazing children and one awesome step daughter i stay home with my 2 kids so thankfully i have the time to focus on my workouts on a daily basis. I work out almost every day and have been since december 2010. I started the week after i delivered my son :) I got up tp 240 lbs during my last pregnancy! im determined and will reach 140 lbs no matter how long it will take or how hard i have to work to get it. Im finally getting control of my eating and know i am heading down the ...

My Goals:
My main goal is to be back to 145 lbs again!! I just want to feel good about my body again :)
My Program:
I do Turbo Jam 6 days a week and alternate Yoga, Pilates, PussyCatDolls Dance, Envy Girls, The FIRM, KettleWorx, Core Rhythms, and I try to maintain 1300-1600 calories per day! I recently started atkins and I LOVE IT.. loosing weight like crazy is nice

One of my favorite thngs to do is dance which is also a great workout :) Its so much fun to just let go and dance the night away with some good friends. my littel girl loves to dance also so its something i love to share with her. we love to boogie down to good music in our living room lol no work out matches dancing its crazy fun and very liberating
