Introduction Text I DID IT! In 299 days I DID IT! Thank you SP! I now have a "NORMAL" HEALTHY BMI. And in 365 days I reached my GOAL WEIGHT! You have a brain...think for yourself, educate yourself. Accept and love yourself...it is OK to be different. Be good to your kids...they choose your nursing home. Don't take guilt trips.. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county, to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is. You can't always control WHO walks into your life...but you CAN control which window you throw them out of. My goal is to simply be happy with the choices I make everyday. Consistency is key, it will pay off. Make your day a happy one...just for you! I don't like that evil word "plateau". I prefer to call it PREMATURE UNPLANNED MAINTENANCE APP or PUMA for short. Insert big, pretty, powerful, PANTHER-like, kitty here. You are just practicing for maintenance, right? And practice makes perfect. Not really, but it does get easier. Make a COMMITMENT to CONSISTENCY. MAINTENANCE is NOT for SISSY-DAWGS! BTW...IMHO...CLOVER HUGS are better than regular hugs because they contain 4 times the heart, more fiber and fewer calories. ;-) Hi! My name is Patricia...my friends call me Trish. Stay within calorie range & exercise 7 days a week doing both cardio & strength training. Track ALL foods daily. I have no food restrictions. I am all about moderation. Love and respect my Fitbit and the feedback it gives me. Rewards: Buy a spark goodie for ME every week--DONE. BMI under 30--new laptop--DONE. Half way to goal--vacation--DONE. BMI under 25--new purse and shoes--DONE Goal weight--new wardrobe--DONE For every calendar quarter of maintenance--add one bead to my bracelet--four beads DONE

I live in a log home on 3 acres in rural Ohio. I work part-time doing the accounting for the world headquarters of a small construction company. I married a man with French, Italian, and Native American roots. We have a 14 year girl and an 11 year old boy.

I usually cheer for the underdog.
